Gift from my mom

few days ago, my mom suddenly appeared with a gift wrapped package in front of me. I thought that she was going to friends or stuff and that package was addressed to them, but I was mistaken! :D She said that this gift was for me.

I was soo excited! I am sucker of gifts when they are wrapped in lovely printed paper! ( * v * ) is that a weird thing?

Anyways, before I became fan of Japan, I was in loved with Egypt, collecting everything about it: books, drawings, papers, and even ball-pens ^^’ – sweet childhood memories!

so, after opening the wrap, I discovered new book about Egypt in Georgian Language. It was strange, because nowadays,  it’s soo rare to see a well printed Georgian book…

This was such n interesting book! I mean It even was not a book, the whole thing was a diary of  Emily Sands who, in 1926, led an expedition up the Nile to find the lost body of Osiris.

There are soo many interesting things written in this diary! especially I adored how it was published! book contains soo many memos, letters, Egyptian game and also a sample of mummy’s cloth!

I want to thank Gia Karchkadze and everyone who worked on translating and creating amazing copy of original book in Georgian language!

Do you like Egypt?  if not, Which Ancient city / place you like and adore?
